The advantage of having your own comfy and homey apartment is that you feel like you’re living in the city centre rather than a hotel in the city.

You can make a reservation online, or by telephone or letter. We will confirm your reservation, and send you a rental confirmation agreement by email or letter.

The minimum stay is 3 nights (except June to July/Christmas/New Year: 4 nights, and August: 1 week).

Payment is by credit/debit card, either:

- for bookings of 3-6 nights - in full at the time of making your booking: OR

- for bookings exceeding 6 nights - 50% deposit (non-refundable) at the time of the booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your stay.

Check-in time is 2.30-3.30pm on the day you arrive, unless an alternative time has been agreed with the owners. We ask that you checkout by 10am promptly on the day you leave.

If you need to arrive early, or late, simply let us know when you book - we will do everything we can to help.
